From the classroom to the culinary stage! McCormick Foods Australia has been taking the annual Flavor Forecast Report a step further since 2013 through an exciting partnership with the Home Economics Institute of Australia (HEIA). Every year we come together for the HEIA McCormick Flavor Forecast Recipe Challenge, and it's now become a leading initiative in Australia's food education landscape, bringing global flavor trends into the classroom for high school students. The program challenges students to think creatively, apply real-world skills, and explore storytelling through food. Beyond the classroom, the program celebrates teachers and rewards students with meaningful recognition, all while supporting McCormick’s Purpose and its ambition to create global flavor experiences that make life more flavorful.
