When two institutions meet, knowledge grows 💡 Earlier this May, MBS School of Business had the pleasure of hosting Tao Chen from its esteemed academic partner Cork University Business School within the framework of our Faculty & Research Exchange Scheme 🌍🤝 During his visit, Dr Chen engaged in a series of academic and collaborative activities with MBS faculty, staff and doctoral students 🎓 A key highlight of the visit was a research seminar, where Dr Chen presented his research on multinational business and corporate military activities 🔬💡 This seminar provided a valuable platform for exchanging ideas and perspectives with MBS faculty. Throughout his stay, Dr Chen also held meetings with MBS colleagues to explore opportunities for joint research projects, co-authored publications, and external funding, while sharing insights on teaching practices, programme design, and doctoral supervision. This mobility reflects the strength of the partnership between MBS and Cork University Business School at University College Cork and illustrates how our Faculty & Research Exchange Scheme fosters meaningful academic collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the development of joint initiatives in research and education. We look forward to building on these exchanges and further strengthening our collaboration with UCC-CUBS in the years to come 🚀 #MakingADifference #MBS
