Teamwork in Action! This past weekend, Team "Die Bremsverweigerer" swapped our desks for paddles as we took part in the Dragon Boat Race in Nürtingen. With 17 colleagues in one boat, we experienced firsthand what great teamwork is all about. Dragon boat racing isn't just about strength or speed, it's about synchronization, communication, trust, and working toward a shared goal. These are the same values that drive our success every day at MAGURA Bosch Parts & Services GmbH & Co. KG. We were proud to win our qualifying heat, which allowed us to skip the repechage races and advance directly to the quarterfinals. Although our journey ended there, we were thrilled with our performance and the experience we gained throughout the competition. Every paddle stroke counted. Every team member played an important role. Together, we challenged ourselves, crossed the finish line as one team, and proved that collaboration makes all the difference. Beyond the race itself, the event was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen connections, create lasting memories, and enjoy a great day together outside the workplace. Most importantly, we had an incredible time, and we're already looking forward to next year's race. With a strong team, plenty of training, and the lessons we've learned this year, we're excited to come back even stronger and aim for an even better result.
