Had the pleasure of speaking at the World Agentic AI Summit 2026 in Berlin last week. In my session, I focused on how we are building "Agentic AI systems" at Trendyol to move from decision "support" to decision "orchestration", meeting business needs with real workflows, tools and ownership structures so agents can actually get things done e2e.  Some of the key topics I discussed: - Multi-agent orchestration for complex, cross-team processes   - Production-grade agent frameworks (tools, scale, governance)   - Lessons from bringing AI agents into real customer and operations journeys at scale  It was inspiring to exchange ideas with leaders from healthcare, logistics, and enterprise AI who are all trying to answer the same question:   "How do we safely give AI more autonomy while keeping accountability, transparency, and control in human hands?"
