Dear friends and readers of my blog, For some time now, I’ve been asked to publish a description of the urban regeneration projects I developed last year for Doha. Due to the ongoing senseless war, the project I presented to the Emir on June 18, 2025—which, with great enthusiasm, seemed poised to launch soon as a pilot project—has stalled and is unlikely to ever see the light of day.
