🚀 What Building a Global Organization Really Takes — Lessons from Titan Just finished watching Made in India: A Titan Story — and it felt less like a corporate narrative and more like a reflection of what we experience every day in global service organizations. As a leader working across regions and cultures, I found myself relating many moments from the series to real-world challenges in global operations.
