最近は、ホスピタリティ・ラグジュアリーヴィラ運営・ゲスト体験設計に関わるプロジェクトに携わる機会が増えています。 その中のひとつとして、現在は軽井沢エリアのヴィラプロジェクトにおいて、運営サポート、ゲスト体験の設計、現場オペレーションの調整などに関わっています。 もともとホスピタリティ業界で経験を積んできたこともあり、空間そのものの魅力だけでなく、その場所でどのような体験を提供できるかを大切にしています。 プロジェクトでは、マネジメントと現場オペレーションの間に立ちながら、よりスムーズで質の高いゲスト体験づくりを意識して取り組んでいます。 私自身、ホスピタリティと不動産は「体験価値」を通して強く繋がっていると感じています。 今後も、ホスピタリティ・オペレーション・ビジネスの視点を横断しながら、価値あるプロジェクトに関わっていきたいと思います。 Recently, I have been involved in projects related to luxury villa operations and guest experience design in Karuizawa.
