Seeing Beyond Sight: Elevating Inclusive Service at Kumori Group On April 18, 2026, at Mori, Kumori Group took a meaningful step forward in redefining the guest experience with our training, “Seeing Beyond Sight: Providing Exceptional Service to Guests with Visual Impairments.” This initiative also marked the introduction of Braille menus across our locations, reinforcing our commitment to inclusion and accessibility. Through interactive exercises and hands-on practice, our team strengthened key skills: understanding visual impairment, confidently presenting Braille menus, describing dishes with clarity, and applying respectful communication and guiding techniques. The result? A more intentional, elevated, and inclusive dining experience for every guest. A special thank you to our incredible presenters, Deidre Scoggins, Ricky Rendon, Maribel Candanoza, Bryan Baldwin, and Cecilia Nava, for sharing their expertise and real-world insights. At Kumori Group, exceptional service means more than meeting expectations, it means creating impact. And we’re proud to do it one guest at a time.
