We help behavioral health facilities reach more people who need care, and scale responsibly while they do it. That means every client relationship you manage isn't just a retainer. It's capacity for someone to get help. We're looking for someone who can own that relationship end to end. This role is NOT for you if: ❌ You think "client management" means forwarding reports and hoping for the best ❌ You get rattled when a QBR conversation turns hard ❌ You've never had to translate SEO/PPC/attribution data into something a client actually understands and acts on ❌ You're comfortable with "good enough" documentation This role IS for you if: ✅ You've managed 15-25 mid-market accounts ($5K-$50K/month) and know what that pace actually feels like ✅ You can walk into a Status, MBR, or QBR and own the room, prepared, clear, in control ✅ You review dashboards daily because you'd rather catch a problem than explain one ✅ You've got 2-4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Strategy in SEO services or a digital marketing agency environment ✅ You're fluent in Salesforce, ClickUp, Zoom, and Fireflies (or can get there fast) ✅ You stay calm when everyone else isn't What you'll actually own: - The full post-sale client relationship, kickoff through expansion - Cross-functional coordination with SEO, PPC, Web, PMs, and Ops - Meeting cadence, documentation, and follow-through that clients can set their watch to - Turning performance metrics into strategy clients trust We are a team that takes delivery excellence seriously, because the outcome isn't just retention, it's someone's access to treatment.
