RevOps Architect × Narrative Designer | I build revenue machines | Gamer on my way into games 🎮

It's been a while since I've dropped by LinkedIn, but it's time for another quest! ✨ After 2 years+ of building and QAing chatbot systems and making sure everything runs smoothly for users, I've decided 2026 will be the year I finally pivot to (hopefully), Game QA 🎮 I love gaming. I love well-told stories that stick with you for a lifetime (looking at you, Expedition 33, Persona 5, Final Fantasy VII, and Final Fantasy X). I love effective and efficient systems. I love the satisfaction of figuring out why something isn’t working and fixing it until it does. Testing isn’t just about finding faults. It's about understanding systems, improving experiences, and creating smooth journeys no matter the context. It can be a chatbot flow, an app flow or in a game. I’m excited to bring my QA experience, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills to the gaming industry, and I’m looking forward to connecting with fellow testers, developers, and studios who care about building experiences that actually work. If you’re in Game QA, I’d love to hear your story, advice, or tips for someone transitioning into this world. And if you know of opportunities where my experience could help make player experiences seamless, my DMs are open! P.S. Did I mention I transitioned from 0 experience in Chatbot and automations to being a Chatbot Marketing Manager that handled our team's biggest clients in only 4 months? If that doesn't scream learner's attitude (with a supportive team at the time!), I don't know what does 🤔 Because I did this before, I know I can do it again with a new industry. #GameQA #QualityAssurance #CareerTransition #GamingIndustry #ProblemSolving #QA
