maxon is pleased to announce its collaboration with Pegatron in the field of robotics.   At COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2026, Pegatron showcases its second-generation quadruped robot platform, SIMBA II, featuring maxon’s High Efficiency Joint 90 (HEJ 90) system.   The HEJ 90 integrates motor, gearbox, and control components into a compact design, delivering high torque output and precise motion control to meet the performance and efficiency requirements of various robotics applications.   This collaboration highlights ongoing innovation and progress in robotic system integration and motion control technologies.   By combining maxon’s expertise in precision drive technologies with Pegatrons strengths in design and manufacturing, both companies aim to support the development of intelligent mobile robots across industrial, commercial, and specialized applications. maxon CEO Eugen Elmiger and maxon Taiwan CEO Joe Chan were delighted to meet Pegatron's chairman T.H.
