A pink silent room, recycled marine plastic and a view of the vineyards – what sounds like a dream of the future is now reality at Lechler. What a milestone – for Lechler GmbH and for me personally! After an intensive planning and construction phase, I am proud to present our new administration building today – my very own passion project! The moment when all our sales departments are working under one roof for the first time feels very special. It is more than just a building – it is a place for meeting, collaboration and progress. Highlights of our new building?✨ 🔹 Great view over the Lechler campus to the vineyards of Metzingen 🔹 Modern, open-plan offices with height-adjustable desks and colourful silent rooms 🔹 A spacious kitchen with lounge areas for informal exchanges 🔹 An inviting welcome area & well-equipped meeting rooms 🔹 And my personal favourite detail: Nexus – our pink silent room I am particularly proud of our sustainable concept 🌱 🔹 Construction with recycled concrete 🔹 Energy supply via PV system and geothermal energy 🔹 Carpet made from recycled marine plastic Our construction project? ✅ On time ✅ Within budget ✅ And implemented with passion Of course, there were challenges – a rainy spring, for example. But that was no reason to stand still! For me, this building is a milestone. Other exciting projects are already in the pipeline🚀 A huge thank you to everyone involved and the fantastic team at Lechler🙌
