What a wonderful summer evening with the TUM Chair of Management Accounting! ☀️ It was great to catch up with alumni, friends, and lecturers of the chair – a fantastic opportunity to reconnect and celebrate also some remarkable achievements by our students! We are very thankful to Prof Dr Klemens Joos for his generous contribution to the students via his "Prof. Dr. Klemens Joos"- thesis award, which he personally presented this year to: 🏅 Joshua G. for the best Bachelor’s thesis: "Forecasting Electricity Price Spreads on Germany’s Day-Ahead Market until 2050 – A Scenario Analysis on the Impact of Bidirectional Charging and Second-Life EV Batteries" 🏅 Melanie Tietze for the best Master’s thesis: "Leveraging Target Costing for Carbon Accounting: Conception of a Framework for Targeted Product-Level Decarbonization" Congratulations to both of you – well deserved!
