When Daniel Egbeyale joined MAX in 2022 as a Pipeline Conversion Analyst in Warewa, he built his foundation in operational excellence, collaboration, and problem-solving, working closely with the Growth Team and supporting Champions on key initiatives like MAX-BOLT. After moving to Abeokuta, he contributed to the city’s early growth and later transitioned into the Driver Experience Analyst role, working directly with Champions to solve challenges, improve performance, and strengthen engagement. By December 2023, his consistency earned him a promotion to Team Lead, where he refined processes, mentored teams, and improved coordination across cities. In July 2025, he stepped into managing the EV-DXP Team in Lagos; leading with discipline, smart execution, and a clear focus on sustainable growth.
