This month marked an important milestone for Kooyongkoot, a luxury residential project funded by MaxCap, with the development reaching topping out. Located in Hawthorn’s tightly held Scotch Hill precinct, Kooyongkoot comprises 18 architecturally designed prestige residences across four levels, above two levels of basement parking. The project continues to perform strongly, currently tracking around four months ahead of the contracted completion date. Developed by PQD and delivered by Pomeroy Pacific, Kooyongkoot has been designed by award-winning architects Cera Stribley, with landscape architecture by Eckersley Garden Architecture.
