Symposium in honor of Ralph Blumenhagen 🎂 Happy birthday! Today and tomorrow international experts meet for the symposium „Particle Physics & Cosmology from Strings” at the Max Planck Institute for Physics. They discuss developments of string theory related to particle physics and cosmology. But in particular they come together to celebrate Ralph Blumenhagen’s 60th birthday, his scientific life and the excellent contributions he made in these fields. 👏 The event was organized by MPP director Dieter Lüst and follows a longstanding tradition: to honor physicists with a symposium when they turn 60.
