Very grateful to have been part of The African Middle Eastern Leadership (AMEL) Project summer course for the past 7 weeks and to have received the distinction certificate! Despite all the difficulties of displacement and the unstable internet connection, i was able to learn a lot from the program and all the other participant from the MENA region. Learning about human rights advocacy, democracy, gender mainstreaming, genocide history and prevention and more has been very eye opening and beneficial to my journey in human rights advocacy. It has been definitely an enriching experience that i’m very thankful for. Thank you AMEL team for giving me the chance to be part of this.
