To further strengthen maintenance training across our North America Small Packaging operations, we’re expanding employee development opportunities through the ToolingU training program, an industry-leading online learning platform designed to build critical manufacturing skills. Since launching the program in late 2025, participation has grown to 133 employees across six facilities, with more than 580 courses completed. By combining flexible online learning with hands-on technical training through our Engineering Tech Center, we’re equipping our teams with the skills and knowledge needed to keep operations running safely, efficiently, and without interruption.
