As a proud Seneca Polytechnic Student, I cannot help but to think about how much Culture, Arts, Programming, and Game Design pose a feedback relationships to allow each other to exist. Today, I was thinking about Assassin's Creed Valhalla from Ubisoft Montréal once again, undoubtedly one of the game studios that inspired me the most in life. The amazing legendary animal fights that happen inside the game, such as against The Corpse Feeders, requiring the player to hack and dodge, and against The Blood Swine, a toe-to-toe fight. There is also the O Yan Do'Ne in Vinland, the underestimated moose for not dropping a trophy head for display. Lastly the colossal yet divine beast Steinnbjorn, the glacial clay bear who should have been left to rest in Jotunheim as the sacred and secrete keeper of the glaciers, weak only to its counter part, fire, wielded by the player. A memorable boss fight that belongs to the realm of Jotunheim only, synchronized by the Tree Of The Serpent, demanding a prepared gear, moveset, mindset, and consultation to Valka. This Culturally Artistic Game Design only becomes Programmable after the player decides by himself to become a warrior to hunt for gear while providing himself and others aid through main and side quests. This requires each player, in their own save, to receive and keep discovered game tactics. All of this while making your own gear and your own gameplay mindset more diverse with the intent of not making a boss fight chaotic; which of course is only put to the test when it finally happens. This balance becomes possible by accepting guidance, such as the role played by Valka. What pleases me the most about the Game Design Ubisoft presented is the ability to protect the weak and bring justice under a contract of honor, which cannot even be paid back with gold, made pleasant by showing lead to tribes staying true to the clan in the journey. While facing such power, yearned by many to be weaved in a gameplay, many would give up on their saves; but a true shapeshifter druid who can go to Valhalla does not fear The Crow, Níðhǫggr in Niflheim, and certainly not The Picts - raiders made possible after the absence of the Roman military, another military, who before had to go to Egypt historically. Anyway, skipping ahead the series because that's part of AC Origins that came before AC Odyssey. WoW ! It makes me wanna say. Life is just full of wonders, mine is a dream. The méteo says a freezing blizzard came to Brazil. Fun fact: tap water is freezing before it reaches the drain ! 🤣 Even though I am away from my friends in Canada and those who live now in Europe, I still I cannot thank enough for this vacation and for having time to myself, it breaks the ice a little. I know just the right recipe to be around a tea cup since the Weather agrees with my mood.
