The LinkedIn experts told people to niche down as hard as possible. They promised it was the fast track to authority, attention and premium clients. Now we have thousands of people with flat engagement, declining reach and no inbound writing exclusively for the top 1% of their market while the other 99% scroll straight past. This is a perfect example of how niche-obsessed advice creates audience mismatch and capped growth. The answer is broader framing, beginner-level entry points and more room for the confused majority to actually see themselves in what you post.
