This month marks 5 years since I joined Johnson & Johnson. Looking back, I’m proud of how much I’ve grown, the people I’ve met, and the projects I’ve had the chance to be part of. It’s been a journey full of learning, challenges, and a lot of teamwork. 2026 already feels like a year of change and new energy, and I’m really excited about what’s coming next and with this, I want to share that: my team is growing!
