Over the past two days, a dedicated group of professionals from communication, marketing, and event departments of companies and associations came together to explore a shared ambition: to strengthen collaboration through methodological excellence. #ebxlab2025 At the heart of this years ebx.lab was a co-learning experience - combining expert input with hands-on exchange to deepen knowledge of innovative methods and apply them to real-world challenges. 💡 With inspiring impulses from Marie Lena Heidingsfelder and Peter Thirup Baeck, participants explored how collaboration can be embedded into organizational culture and how technology, AI, and design can open new pathways for inclusive engagement. These contributions sparked not only inspiration but also critical reflection and tangible ideas for implementation. I’m leaving ebx.lab 2025 energized by the expertise, openness, and forward-thinking spirit of this community. The ideas developed here will continue to resonate - in projects we create next. 🚀 A heartfelt thank you to every single member of this inspiring community – for your openness, your ideas, and your willingness to co-create. 🙏 To our smart and thoughtful facilitator Felix Rundel, who guided us brilliantly through two enriching days. 🎤 To my team, whose dedication and creativity made this lab possible. 🫶 To Fraunhofer IAO for enriching our lab with your scientific expertise. 🔬 And to our long-standing supporters IMEX and PCMA – thank you for believing in #ebxlab from the very beginning. 🤝 Future Meeting Space Strategic Alliance of the National Convention Bureaux of Europe German Convention Bureau SPARK Europe Kimpton Main Frankfurt Centre for Convening Minds Event Leaders Exchange (ELX) Events Industry Council IHG Hotels & Resorts Patrick Soschinski Ronald Hoogerbrugge Nelum Gunewardane Patrick J.
