My 9 year anniversary with Rippling is coming up in 2 weeks on May 1st. We crossed over $1B ARR earlier this year and somehow it still feels like we're growing as fast as ever, which is definitely not easy and I owe a huge amount of gratitude to many people who have helped scale Rippling to this point. The talent density across all functions is insane. But more than anything, it’s hard to maintain the culture and DNA required to win in this environment when you get to 6k employees. Yet somehow it feels like everyone at Rippling is hungrier than ever, everyone understands the urgency required to stay ahead in today's environment, and the execution across GTM, R&D, and every other function is as strong as ever. Been through a lot of different cycles in tech over the last 9 years but winning teams put their heads down, keep grinding, and just find a way to win. Proud of the team we've built, very thankful for our customers’ trust, and personally hungrier than ever to just keep building.
