From Nurse to Project Director for one of Denmark's most ambitious building projects; Helle Nutzhorn Gaub had an inspiring story to share when Malene Mølgaard and I met her last year. The Køge University Hospital Vice Director spoke to Forkant Magazine about how her experiences as a nurse have shaped her daily objectives as project leader. From a photography perspective, this main image – used for the double-page header – quickly became one of my favourites. The building site may appear like any other, but that's what made the photo challenging and fun. I wanted to make the most of the clouds hanging in the blue sky, the cranes in the background, some creative flash skills and the classic rule of thirds.
