Running a restaurant group means you’re always tracking the top line. What’s harder is understanding who and what is actually driving it. I pulled our Toast sales into Rippling AI and paired them with our employee data to break revenue down by employment type, job title, and revenue center. The pattern was impossible to miss. One revenue center was generating nearly half of all sales—more than double the next highest location. That immediately changed the conversation from “How are we doing?” to “What are they doing differently?” Instead of just knowing the number, we can now see the people, roles, and locations behind it. And that’s where the real insights start.
