Very sad to be announcing this today. I’ve made a really strong recovery from an illness that started last year. I’m now working four days a week, and the prognosis is good. However, there is a real tension between the final stages of recovery and the demands of being a CEO in a newly merged large housing association. So I’ve agreed with the SettleParadigm Board that I should step down. I’ll stay with the business until my successor is in place. Then it will be time for a new adventure or adventures. I’m thinking maybe non-executive or consultancy work….
