Quick trip to the grocery store yesterday and noticed this sign hanging with the spices. Coming from #supplychain I’ve never actually read the notices, having a pretty good understanding as to what is happening behind the scenes. Today I did… “McCormick & Company and Publix Super Markets brand spices will continue to see shortages through October 2021. Delays are due to manufacturer labor shortages, truck shortages, and higher demand than normal.” All these challenges have one ☝️ thing in common… NO immediate solution on the horizon. It’s time for technology to touch every aspect of #supplychain!
