Snowflake just made consumption agentic. Snowflake shipped CoWork for business users, CoCo for developers, and Cortex Sense to lift the same agents from 47% to 83% accuracy — so after Snowflake Summit everyone working inside the platform got faster. But Amdahl's Law doesn't care how fast one stage gets. Speed up consumption and the cap on your total gain is set by the stage you left alone: supply. Getting the right data in, in the right form, under the right governance. That work is still human-led. And the faster the consumption side gets, the more it becomes the thing everyone waits on.
