Preparing for #webinars and #exhibitions has one thing in common: we spend a lot of time thinking about the #audience. But events add a completely different layer to it. With a webinar, you guide the conversation. At an exhibition, the conversation walks up to you. One person wants to talk formulation optimization. Another asks about knowledge management. Someone else is deep into scale-up challenges five minutes later. And when you have a lot of use cases you’re excited about showing… choosing becomes surprisingly difficult 😉 So a big part of #EventPrep becomes not just what to show, but how to build a booth and a story flexible enough for dozens of completely different conversations.
