We’re proud to share that our sustainability report is now fully integrated into our annual report — an important step in embedding sustainability more deeply into how we report and manage our business. Our sustainability disclosures also underwent limited assurance as part of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) framework, helping strengthen transparency and accountability. What milestones did we reach in 2025? Here are a few highlights from this year’s report: • We nearly halved our emissions intensity, reducing emissions per million euro revenue from 122 tCO₂e in 2019 to 62 tCO₂e in 2025 • We continued to invest in our people and workplace • We further strengthened the governance and reporting processes behind our sustainability approach, in line with CSRD requirements You can read more in Section 7 of our annual report: https://mtls.am/3RYEuzl We’re delighted with this progress and thank our partners and suppliers for all we’ve achieved together in 2025.
