🖥️ Your AI can now operate your computer's mouse and keyboard like a human employee. If you want an AI to update your CRM, read a complex spreadsheet, or navigate a legacy website, you usually have to write expensive integration code. But what if the AI could just look at the screen and click the buttons itself? Anthropic just released Claude Sonnet 4.6, and it fundamentally shifts how AI interacts with our daily software. Why it’s a game-changer / How it shifts the architecture: Native Computer Use: Sonnet 4.6 doesn't need APIs to get work done. It can actively navigate Chrome, Excel, and VS Code by generating virtual mouse clicks and keystrokes, scoring record highs on desktop automation tests. Massive "Smart" Memory: It boasts a 1-Million token memory window (enough to hold entire codebases or dozens of books). More importantly, as its memory fills up, it automatically "compacts" and summarizes older information so it never loses track of the main goal during long-horizon tasks. Self-Filtering Web Search: Instead of reading through pages of useless web junk, the AI now writes mini-programs in the background to instantly filter out the noise and only read the exact facts it needs before answering. We are officially moving from AI that just "chats" to AI that actively "does the work." 👇 Link to the announcement below.
