A new chapter is beginning in Palma, at Paseo del Borne, 21, a space that introduces a new retail concept designed as a meeting place and a natural extension of the city. This project redefines the relationship between the surroundings and the retail space, establishing an ongoing dialogue with the urban and cultural context that surrounds it. The initiative is being developed in collaboration with two key partners who amplify its narrative through contemporary creation and an editorial perspective. On one hand, Travel Guide by Apartamento brings the vision of Apartamento magazine, interpreting the city from within and highlighting the spaces, voices and places that shape its cultural identity, thereby extending the experience beyond the opening itself. On the other hand, Gallery Red engages with the space through a curatorial programme of contemporary art, selecting works that interact with the architecture and enrich the visitor’s experience, extending the journey into a realm where art and space come together naturally.
