Our Community Care Vans continue to bring important healthcare services out to our communities. From the Road of Rainbows to the Tu Salud Family Health Festival, and Juneteenth community events around Boston, our teams have been very busy! The Care Vans provide specialized care for hypertension and diabetes, substance use disorders services, and connections to social services like food and housing. No appointment is needed and no one is turned away for an inability to pay. The van schedule is updated weekly.
