I built this article to show how I’m combining ancient mold-making logic with modern CNC machining, ColorMatch urethane, cold-cast metals, vacuum degassing, pressure casting, embedded lighting, and Crystal Clear optical inlays. The process starts with real wood grain, transfers that geometry through Rebound 25 silicone, builds controlled Smooth-Cast 325 color layers, machines exact CNC depths, adds gold powder, gold flake, metallic and illuminated inlays, and finishes everything beneath a crystal-clear glass-look top. This is where craftsmanship meets programmable manufacturing.
