(This is for the martial arts fans among my LinkedIn connections.) It was a truly unique experience: despite being held in Japan, I found myself the only Japanese competitor in the division, facing a skilled Russian athlete in the final. The match was a powerful reminder that success isn’t just about size or strength. It’s the small, consistent efforts in refining technique that ultimately lead to big results. OSS!
