Let's take a breath, with some music. "Inseguendo un sogno" - OUT NOW!! - is the fifth and final track from the EP "Trauma, Vol. I" which will be released in the coming days. Just like "Rabbia" (see a few posts back...) this is the original recording, laid down in 1994 at Crystal Studio in Montignoso (MS, Italy) by my former band #Trauma in its classic lineup: Alberico "Kikko" Baldini (lead guitar), Matteo Balloni (drums), Marco Catarinolo (keyboards), Matteo Bernabucci (bass), and Marzio Pelù (guitar and vocals). On the cover artwork for this track, you'll see us transformed into watercolor-style cartoon characters, based on a photograph taken during a concert at Max in Cinquale (now the Beach Club, MS - Italy) in 1995. Just like "Rabbia" this track was - indeed - recorded at Massimo Gianfranceschi's studio in Montignoso. Behind the mixing console was the sound magician Francesco Alberti, and thirty-two years later, over in Kensington Market, Toronto, the Wizard #TommyRiot gave the only surviving audio file of the song a fresh new polish. P.S. In the comments I've added a live video recorded at the Festa di Liberazione in Parco delle Ghiare, Massa - Italy, during the summer of 1994. On that occasion, the bass was played by Gabriel Del Sarto, who occasionally filled in for Matteo Bernabucci at live shows. And here are the lyrics!
