I am excited to be returning to NACF and gradually transitioning into my new role. As I begin this next chapter, I find myself reflecting on a journey that started in October 2020 when I walked into a newly launched building, ATL2, as a T1 associate. Over the years, I have been fortunate to serve in a variety of roles, including CAP PA (Count, Amnesty, and Pick), Inbound PA, and Outbound AFE Area Manager before transitioning to SSD. When I joined SSD, I specifically requested training in Sortation because I saw opportunities for improvement and wanted to make a meaningful impact. While leading Sortation, my team achieved the highest Cost and DEA performance across both day and night shifts, all while maintaining strong Safety and People metrics. One of the accomplishments I am most proud of is helping develop associates who have since become Ambassadors, PAs, and Area Managers. Investing in people has always been one of my greatest passions. Throughout this journey, Amazon has taught me many valuable lessons: hard work pays off, mentorship is invaluable, self-advocacy is essential, and relationships matter. Most importantly, it has reinforced my belief that leadership is about developing others and creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders. I am deeply grateful to every leader who believed in me, challenged me, and invested in my growth across every site where I have had the privilege to serve. To all the peers, PAs, and associates I have had the honor of leading and learning from, thank you. I will truly miss working alongside you. As I step into this new role, I remain committed to betting on myself, continuing to learn, and delivering meaningful results. My journey is proof that growth is possible when preparation meets opportunity. The learning continues; let's go!!!π #vestlife #deliveringsmiles #amazon
