Read the job description carefully. ‎ 2. Wrote a tailored cover letter. ‎ ‎3. Submitted a CV that made recruiters call her back. ‎ ‎4 Tracked every application. ‎ ‎5. Researched the recruiter or company on LinkedIn. ‎ ‎6. Followed up 5-7 days after applying. ‎ ‎7. If no response, followed up again a week later. ‎ ‎8. Prepared for interviews before she was even invited. ‎ ‎9. Prayed. ❤️ ‎ Consistency has a way of paying off.
