At Marwell’s sold-out AI Future Night, surrounded by some of Switzerland’s most successful beauty entrepreneurs and salon owners, we had the incredible privilege of welcoming Dr. Farouk Shami, founder of CHI Haircare and one of the most influential innovators our industry has ever known. 🌟 An evening filled with inspiration, innovation, and visionary thinking. From pioneering ammonia-free hair colour and ceramic styling technology to building a global beauty company present in more than 140 countries, Dr. Farouk has helped shape the professional beauty industry for decades. Yet what impressed us most was not only his remarkable achievements, but also his humility, passion, and unwavering belief in education, entrepreneurship, and innovation. A highlight of the evening was the live demonstration of the CHI ColorMaster Factory, showcasing how technology continues to transform colour services and salon performance. As if that wasn’t inspiring enough, our guests were also introduced to our second special guest: Henrietta, the humanoid robot.
