A lot of AI use is already happening in teams, but individuals are at different stages in their use and understanding of the technology. Team leaders have an opportunity here to bring their people together to approach building AI capability as a collective exercise. There's huge power in that. This was the challenge we talked about this week when we hosted a group of our clients in Wellington for breakfast: how do you effectively lead your team through an AI transformation? Our AI Practice Lead Jarred Griffiths and Principal Consultant Cat Moody ran an exercise we've delivered for clients recently, focussed on having a practical conversation with teams about AI, grounded in good change management. During the morning people surfaced and shared 100 individual uses of AI. Together, the group discussed how teams can identify opportunities to learn from what others have already discovered. Thank you to everyone who came along! You can read more about this approach below.
