I once bought a bright yellow jacket between two perfectly sensible black ones. Every fashionista would tell you it was a mistake. I wore it to a hackathon. Pitched a half-formed idea to a room of strangers. More people approached me than I expected β and almost every single one mentioned the jacket. Here's what that moment taught me: -We all have a yellow jacket. -Something that holds our character, our quirks, our real self. -Most of us leave it in the closet. I wrote about it. It's short. It might make you think about what you've been hiding. What's your yellow jacket?
