🚀 Every change requires the courage to step into the unknown and let go of something you genuinely enjoy. But it also brings growth, fresh energy, and new connections. And that's exactly where I find myself right now. After several years, I have said goodbye to #ŠkodaAcademy – a place where I was able to dive deep into topics I care deeply about: learning & development and career management. It was more than just a role; it was something close to my heart 💚 Saying goodbye to my great colleagues and friends wasn't easy. But at the same time, it has opened the door to a new chapter. ✨ I'm excited to step into my new role as Coordinator of Talent Programs at Škoda Auto bringing everything I've learned so far into a new environment filled with new challenges and opportunities. 🙏 A big thank you to Jan Chmelík and Alexandra vom Hofe geb. Thiel for your trust and for opening this new door for me. And what makes this change even more exciting? The people. In my new position, I've already met an inspiring team of colleagues who are deeply passionate about their work. That's something you can feel immediately and I'm really happy to now be part of it. Looking forward to collaborating with Alexandra vom Hofe geb. Thiel, Jiří Bartoň, Sina Almiran, Vlastimil Šulc, Petra Pletková, Jarošová Markéta, Dagmar Záhorová, Šárka Hermanová, my amazing STE/4 team, and all the talented young people I'll have the pleasure of working with.
