🌱 Some journeys change more than just your skills - they change how you see yourself and others. ✨ 'Never stop exploring.' That’s what my partner wished me for my milestone birthday not long ago. These three words really touched me. It felt very much like me. 18 months ago. Driven by curiosity and feeling that there was more to discover - about organizations, change, and myself - I joined the Curriculum for Systemic Organizational Development of the Beratergruppe Neuwaldegg. I expected a lot. Inspiring trainers, fresh methods, new perspectives, and great participants. All of that, fully delivered. ✅ But the real journey went much deeper: 👉 Deeply reflecting on my strengths and growth areas 👉 Meeting incredible people who became inspiring learning buddies and some of them true friends 👉 Gaining insights on how organizations really work and how powerful systemic approaches can be, far beyond methods and frameworks Last week, this chapter came to a close. It feels like both an ending and a beginning. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who supported, challenged, and inspired me along the way. 🙏 One concept I´ll never forget: 💞 'Connection first, content second!' I´ll try my best to anchor that in my everyday life. And btw: This is an area where AI might have hard times to catch up (quickly) 😉 #NeverStopExploring #LifelongLearning #LeadershipJourney #GrowthMindset #Transformation #SystemicApproach #PersonalGrowth #OrganizationalDevelopment Jürgen Hürner, Daniela Rohm, Wolfgang Moser, Max M., Ralf Lafer, Sandra Kolleth, Heidi Wurzer, Monika Glück, Carla Pirker, Michaela Götten, Diana Schedl, Claudius Colsman, Achim Wegst, Astrid Reinprecht, Prof. Dr. Stephan Schmidberger, Markus Wichmann, Brigitte Kleber, Barbara Lackenbauer, Katharina Huhn, Alexandra Nahrgang, Klaus Rieger, Frank Boos
