Accelerate is growing! Bringing onboard a team of Advisors has been a big focus of mine this quarter. It’s very important that our coaching and support is up to date with the market. This is made even more important with the constant development of AI changing how BDR/SDR Managers lead. Our coaching programmes are built around areas of focus and priority on both an individual and company level. Having a team of advisors with different experiences, perspectives and areas of expertise strengthens our coaching and helps us better support the unique context of each of our clients. I’m excited to announce Paul Mullins and Susana Expósito as Accelerate’s EMEA Advisors 🚀 Together, they bring decades of experience across Sales Development, Leadership, GTM strategy and scaling high performing BDR/SDR functions. On a personal note, this is a full circle moment for me! Paul and Susana were both my leaders at Xeneta, where I began my own BDR Leadership journey. They played a huge role in my development and remain friends and mentors to this day. To now have the opportunity to work alongside them and support the next generation of BDR/SDR leaders together is something I'm incredibly grateful for ❤️ EMEA 🇪🇺 is now in place, but we're not stopping there...
