A tradition of innovation – MARTIN’s way into the future 2025 is drawing to a close – and with it MARTIN’s anniversary year. A year that provided an opportunity to look back and reminisce: on technological milestones and special moments of growth, but in particular on the people who made MARTIN what it is today: a strong, globally positioned group of companies with a clear goal: a clean world without landfills. For MARTIN, this anniversary was not only a reason to celebrate, but also to look forward. Under the leadership of Ulrich Martin, Dr. Fritz Brühl, Thomas Daffner, Michael Stotz and Valerie Degenhardt, the MARTIN Group is continuing to shape its sustained growth and positioning itself for the future with experience, innovative power and strategic vision. “The Group has seen strong growth – and this gave rise to the idea that it would get difficult with only three managing directors“, explains Thomas Daffner, who joined the board of directors in 2024. The clear division of tasks – from technology to after-sales services and digitisation to international projects – creates space for new ideas, agile structures and modern collaboration. At the same time, MARTIN is staying true to its roots: technological excellence, team spirit and the willingness to keep reviewing existing approaches.
