🚀 Project milestone reached: full speed ahead for Prince Edward Island. It is when plans are transformed into actual components that the scale of a project becomes truly visible. There has been a lot of activity behind the scenes on Prince Edward Island since our customer, Enwave Energy Corporation, awarded the contract. Together with the general contractor, the joint venture consisting of Maple Reinders and the Marco Group, we have successfully completed a major milestone. 🎯 Start of manufacture & factory acceptance test Our partners are making good progress with the manufacture of the first key combustion system components. We are particularly glad to report that the feed chute made by our supplier Strojarne Svabovce (Slovakia) successfully passed the factory acceptance test in June. The following core components are currently in the middle of the manufacturing process or close to completion. ✔️ Feed chute ✔️ Reverse-acting grate ✔️ Discharger Manufacturing of the key combustion system components at the factory of our partner MBM Westra in the Czech Republic underscores the fact that the entire project is perfectly on schedule and meeting the guaranteed quality standards. 🧠 What comes next? While the factories are firing on all cylinders, our engineering teams are moving full steam ahead to finalise the detail engineering for the remaining components, thereby optimally preparing the next project stages. Many thanks to our customer, partners, and the entire project team for their fantastic commitment and the strong collaborative spirit. We look forward to continuing this journey with you. 📸 Take a look at our photo gallery. Here are the first exclusive pictures from the manufacturing facilities.
