A breath of fresh air and excellent networking at IKOM 2026 🚀 The MARTIN Group can look back on an intensive and inspiring career fair at Munich Technical University. Our takeaways? “Tomorrow’s talents” are curious, international and contribute exactly the diversity we are looking for as an expanding corporate group. Here are the three key insights from our stand: 💼 1. The sheer variety of disciplines is often underestimated Be it process engineering, chemistry, energy and environmental engineering, mechanical engineering or IT & AI – the MARTIN Group offers an extremely wide spectrum. It was particularly exciting to see even physicists and mathematicians enquire specifically about employment opportunities. 🌍 2. An international pool of talents Most graduates communicate primarily in English. This is a perfect match for us as a corporate group with a global presence, and locations extending from Munich to Switzerland, the UK, Lyon, and the USA. 🔍 3. Hidden champion? We are glad to seize this opportunity. About 60 % of the students did not know about us before the fair. This offers us considerable untapped potential in a highly specialised niche segment. And so we were all the more delighted to see how face-to-face conversations sparked genuine enthusiasm for our technology. The fair provided us with an ideal platform to build a lasting presence within the community and engage directly with our target group.
