✈️ We’re hiring: Engineering Manager 📍 Denham Are you an experienced engineering leader ready to manage managers, drive delivery, and shape the future of complex aerospace programmes? We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams across Mechanical, Systems, and Production Engineering — ensuring strong delivery, capability development, and cross-functional alignment. 🔻What you’ll be doing: -         Leading and managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and engineering managers -         Driving delivery across multiple complex aerospace programmes -         Owning workforce planning, recruitment, and capability development -         Working closely with Programme Management to ensure effective planning and execution -         Influencing across functions to align stakeholders and drive outcomes -         Coaching and developing engineering leaders and teams -         Improving engineering processes, systems, and ways of working 🔻 What we’re looking for: -         Proven experience leading managers and engineering teams in complex environments -         Strong background in Mechanical, Systems, and/or Production Engineering -         Experience in aerospace, defence, or other highly regulated industries -         Strong delivery, organisation, and stakeholder management skills -         Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and resource management -         Confident communicator who can influence across functions and levels -         Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex, and changing environments  🔻Desirable: -         Experience with MBSE (SysML / Enterprise Architect) -         Knowledge of DO-178, DO-254, MIL-STD standards -         Experience with Teamcenter / SAP -         Chartered Engineer (CEng) status 🔻Why join You’ll be leading high-performing engineering teams whose work directly contributes to saving lives.
