"A recent trip to NYC and a walk through Soho changed how I look at my own creations" A month ago, while sitting at Balthazar in Soho, I ordered their classic Turkey sandwich-house-roasted turkey. Harvati cheese and avocado on multigrain bread. It was excellent, but as a producer , my palate kept looking for that unique flavor note to truly elevate it. That is when inspiration struck. The missing link was a premium Fruit mustard. When i returned to Greece, I immediately started experimenting with my collection ( Apricot, Fig, Pistachios, Raisin, Plum), on premium sandwiches. 🥪 The result was a revelation. Today, whenever I make a turkey, 🐔 or club sandwich at home, our Apricot or fig mustards are the absolute 💯 condiments. Since 2017 we have crafted our clean-label Martha's Deli fruit mustards, for fine cheeses 🧀 platters.
