Last week marked the end of my 6-month internship at Panerai South East Asia & Oceania, based in Singapore. These past months have been an incredible opportunity to work at the heart of the luxury watch industry, supporting the CRM strategy, retail activations, and marketing operations across a diverse and fast-moving region. From boutique events to client data deep dives, every project has taught me something valuable — both professionally and personally. Working in such a multicultural and collaborative environment has shaped the way I think about business, impact, and brand experience.
